Terms of service

All products may contain traces of nuts as they are frequently used in the kitchen. It is safest for people with severe nut allergies to not consume A Slice of Jodie's products.

There are product-specific storage instructions and shelf life information in the description of each product to ensure the freshness of the products ordered.

All products contain gluten, dairy and eggs unless otherwise stated in the product description. ‘Vegan’ products may still contain traces of egg and dairy even when they aren’t an ingredient in the product, and that 'Gluten Free' products may still contain traces of gluten as it is a common ingredient handled in the kitchen. All products are NOT suitable for celiac or sever allergies/intolerances.

Orders will be packaged according to how best they will fit into boxes, and you require specific packaging please leave a note on the order to request so.

Customers must pick up orders within the selected timeframe, or notify A Slice of Jodie before the beginning of the selected timeframe if they need to change it. Pickup time slots are strictly between 7am-1pm Tuesday-Saturday, and between 9am-11am Sunday. If you are later than the closing time, the order will be left outside the kitchen unattended and A Slice of Jodie holds no responsibility for any damages after that time.
