Refund policy
Order changes (including changes to the products ordered or changes to the date of pickup/delivery) are only possible more than 2 days prior to the selected date. If it is within 2 days of the order, no changes can be made.
Full refunds can only be offered if it is more than 7 days before the selected pickup/delivery date (except for custom cake toppers and specially ordered decorations which are non-refundable at all times). A partial refund (50% of total order value) will be offered if the refund request is made less than 7 days before the pickup/delivery date.
