By ordered from A Slice Of Jodie you are agreeing to the following policies:

1. I understand that all products may contain traces of nuts as they are frequently used in Jodie’s kitchen. It is safest for people with severe nut allergies to not consume Jodie’s products.

2. I understand that there is product-specific storage instructions and shelf life information in the description of each product and I will follow the instructions to ensure the freshness of the products I have ordered.

3. I understand that all products contain gluten, dairy and eggs unless otherwise stated in the product description. I understand that ‘Vegan’ products may still contain traces of egg and dairy even when they aren’t an ingredient in the product, and that 'Gluten Free' products may still contain traces of gluten as it is a common ingredient handled in the kitchen. All products are NOT suitable for celiac or sever allergies/intolerances.

4. I understand that Jodie will pack orders according to how best they will fit into boxes, and if I require specific packaging I must leave a note on my order to request so.

5. I understand that delivery times are 9am-3pm Tuesday-Sunday and my order may arrive at any point within the allocated 2 hour window. I understand that I should be home to accept my delivery, but in the case that no one answers the door I understand that my order will be left in the safest place possible, in which case A Slice of Jodie no longer holds responsibility for the order and any damages will be at my own cost.

6. I understand that I must pick up my order within my selected timeframe, or else notify A Slice of Jodie before the beginning of the selected timeframe if I need to change it. Pickup time slots are strictly between 7am-1pm Tuesday-Friday, and between 7am-3pm Saturday-Sunday.

7. I understand that order changes (including changes to the products ordered or changes to the date of pickup/delivery) are only possible more than 2 days prior to the selected date. If it is within 2 days of the order, no changes can be made.

8. I understand that full refunds can only be offered if it is more than 7 days before the selected pickup/delivery date (except for custom cake toppers and specially ordered decorations which are non-refundable at all times). A partial refund (50% of total order value) will be offered if the refund request is made less than 7 days before the pickup/delivery date.
